One way that I verify the email addresses of my targets is through SMTP verification through Maltego.

SPC Craig Smith, all of these techniques are interesting. It is sad to know that the vast majority of our people have no idea about what their activities on the internet can result in. You are talking about doing things for good, but where there are good actions there are also more bad actions that can be taken.
