Uvalde, Texas shooting: State senator says police chief didn’t receive 911 calls from school

"I want to know specifically who was receiving the 911 calls," Gutierrez said, adding that no single person or entity was fully to blame for the massacre. "There was error at every level, including the legislative level. Greg Abbott has plenty of blame in all of this."

They are not sure who was receiving he county emergency center calls. If I were to guess maybe someone in the school administration or another part of the police department. Like Senator Gutierrez said there is enough blame to go around. The investigation continues. In situations like this it may be a week or so before the whole story comes out, that why I hate when mainstream media and political hack go off half cocked when the facts aren't know yet. Give them some time to properly interview and evaluate what happened.

Cpl Benjamin Long - In my opinion its way too early to assign blame for anything except for the person from the school who opened the door. They need to interview and figure out what happened and then go through the nuts and bolts of everyone's procedures, procedures aren't the same in all places.
