We have been training Saudis for years. We had a big to do when a Saudi Prince who was training at Ft Bliss visited my unit in 1976.

Well Chief I know what you mean! I was selected to go to Saudi after DS, We were tasked with training thier National Guard and these people could care less and they have a draft and they serve and thier higher ups are prince's and they just want the recognition and they could care less about their country they will tell you if we get in a war we will pay for country's to fight and protect our country. But in saying this I can say we were not teaching up to date tactics and they don't get the top of line stuff. But I have to say when a high ranking person comes around they get more things than POTUS gets.

Back in the mid 80s we crashed a F5 that was modified. Long story short lots of hours on the frame and was built incorrectly. Plane cracked up and crashed. Killing said Saudi prince. International incident yet they do something and eh.

I noticed in a recent picture of him he's starting to show age wear that all presidents seem to get. But his orange hair hasn't turned grey yet. I wonder if he uses Miss Clairol number 5. You know, Nice 'N Easy Carrot Orange.
