This past Wednesday, I tied my all time best cumulative score (93.5/100) on my fitness test. My other 93.5 came during my 30s while stationed at Lackland AFB TX. I know one thing, I am running a lot better in my 40s than I ever did in my 20s and 30s! I ran my 1.5 mile in 11 mins 36 secs, though I feel I could have run much faster. Maxed push ups and sit ups. USAF measures waist, so I gained 16.4 this go around. I have a target of 95%+ for next November! No rest for me! Onward and upward in 2020!

Enjoy it while you can! My hips and knees started going to hell not long after I hit 40.
