I don't care about in context to the budget, we need war planes and they are not cheap, as for the bands, that is a matter of moral (I'm neither for or against bands).

I got the information from agent local ABC morning news and an article in the newspaper (if you read my post). 1) I didn't write down names, most wouldn't and IF you read my post, I NEVER SAID THEY WERE REFUSED prosthetic limbs.
