So what? More that half of the military opposed Truman's desegregation of the military too.

They were wrong then too.

SSG(P) (Join to see) last information I read in the paper, it cost $100,000.00 for an individual to completely go through the surgical procedures, plus follow up expenses (10=1 million dollars) We currently have active duty and veterans who don't have prosthetic limbs because of availability and expense. Let's take care of these dear brothers and sisters.

I don't care about in context to the budget, we need war planes and they are not cheap, as for the bands, that is a matter of moral (I'm neither for or against bands).

I got the information from agent local ABC morning news and an article in the newspaper (if you read my post). 1) I didn't write down names, most wouldn't and IF you read my post, I NEVER SAID THEY WERE REFUSED prosthetic limbs. I started out saying LAST INFORMATION I READ, which would lead most to think HEY, HE ISN'T STATING IT AS ABSOLUTE FACT, but What HE READ.

P.S. I don't want a penny of my money going for someone's transformation. I don't care if you agree or like my post or response.

Believe it or not Addison, we may not be on the same page, but the same book. When I said I read, I wasn't saying it's so, but "if it's so " let's take care of them. That's why I took the responses the way I did. Have a great day sister veteran.

It doesn't surprise me that my Marine Corps supports the President and his policy.
