Seeking advice on how to approach companies such as sprint and negotiate product placement deals.?

Try working with local corporate owned Sprint store. They should be able to help you. If they can't ask them to give you the contact info for the Government Accounts rep at the corporate office. What area are you looking for? I might be able to direct you as I recently left working for Sprint after 5 years.
