Our vote by mail works well. Verification is done before a ballot is issued, you have a security sleeve to place the ballet in, and you must sign the return envelope before the ballot is accepted. Plus you either mail it with return address or drop it off in a ballot box next to the county auditors office. I doubt any voter fraud is happening here. Besides we have about 6000 residence in this county and some people might not know you but know of you.
