Why do i get so many 404 errors following internal links to forum posts?

This has been going on now for about 4 weeks. I would say around 75% of my clicks into posts get me the 404 error - and hitting the back button will not go back to where I was in the feed. This also happens when following links from the notification bell.

I take you are unable to provide links to any of these things that are giving you a 404 error, correct?

SGT Ben Keen - I get that. It works fine on my work desktop, on my wife's desktop, just not on my machine in Brave. And RP is the only site I am now having problems with. For now, using chrome <shudders/> to browse RP at home. There is something that is making the RP server(s) think it is a request that deserves a 404 response.

I am assuming that logs are not really kept or looked through?

Hey SSgt!
Are you connecting via a VPN service for security, or are you using any unusual HTTP/HTTPS protocols or connecting through a so-called proxy port? I'm not an expert, but I had similar issues when I was using those types of tech for security - got locked out of all kinds of sites that don't want you to have access unless you're willing to be digitally "X-Rayed".

Just a regular ol connection. No VPN, routers, proxies, bouncers, TOR or anything else.

Hey SSgt!
It seems that it may be a browser issue. Is there a particular reason it needs to work on that Brave browser, or could you just go back to a different browser on that particular laptop?
