It used to be exercise, but mostly it's relaxing in a screened in gazebo I have. Keeps the bugs out and lets me 'commune' with nature.

After that, like Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth I leave it to my wife to keep me in check.

I get a couple bottles of soda, some snacks, my chair and head to my woods where there is nobody else to disturb me. I think about what is going on and see if I can make sense of it then make a decision on how to handle the problem. If all else fails, I call one my high school buddy in Wisconsin and talk about the good old days. Usually when I finish the call, I'm in a much better place mentally.

sitting on the tractor seat for 5 or 6hrs is just about as relaxing if everything is going good
