SecDef Mattis has a reading list that's out...he required it for some of his subordinates. I believe Petraeus has one out too.

two that focus on leadership that I enjoyed was " Inside Delta Force" and " the price of power" both written by high ranking NCOs about their experiences and how they have delt with different situations.
