I have ran into an problem today and need a query on EDAS. I am on TDY, my unit S1 is released for the day, Branch had an ORG day, and my retention rep is not reachable. Not necessarily an emergency, but having the knowledge by Monday would be extremely helpful. Please send me a message if you can help. Thank you all!

Sorry if this isn't helpful, but the Navy Personnel Command has a toll-free help line, and they can get answers about almost anything. Is there something equivalent for the Army? This sounds like an easy answer if you can just call the right person first thing Monday morning.

The army has something similar. We have a branch manager we can contact for assignments. I will call them Monday, but I am just trying to get some info prior to Monday. That way I can I can call with more of my ducks in a row.

Also Navy-specific, but we have things called "officer data cards" and "officer summary records" (and equivalents for enlisted). They show lots of data such as pay entry base dates and other data similar to what you are asking about, and they are available to us on line. I imagine the Army has similar things.

We have an ERB, enlisted records brief, which has info a lot like that. It's a helpful tool that we use for everything honestly. Any packet usually has that. But that info won't help me here unfortunately. I am looking for potential assignments between now and JAN.

What you could do is print the data sheet that is incorrect, circle the item in red, provide supporting documentation if applicable, and see I’d you can scan the report and send it by email if possible? I hope this helps out?
