If you have anger management issues I suggest you seek help before you go on Recruiting duty. My experience was over a dozen years ago but I doubt it has gotten any better. Especially with this Tik Tok generation.
I agree with the SFC who answered earlier, it is a very volatile environment. "Leaders" who only want to use you up and spit you out, kids/parents/school officials who could care less about you.
If you have a tendency to want to strangle idiots, learn some coping skills first.

Financial disqualification for a job or clearance has to be way bigger than just taking a loan. If you have significant debt where it is becoming an issue that’s one thing but if you have a loan and are back on your feet I wouldn’t worry about it

No, an ACS loan doesn't show up on a credit check.

Having said that, if you have anger mangement issues, going to USAREC may not be a good idea. Between the ungodly terrible "leaders" within the recruiting community and having to deal with snotty high school kids all the time, you might end up on the cover of Army Times after too long...
