And the Army one is totally bogus. I LOVE to rag on the infantry, especially love to point out that only cooks have lower ASVAB minimums, but the truth is that the average ASVAB of a guy who wants to be infantry is actually really high. The economically, and therefore educationally, disadvantaged are looking for job skills. They want to be X-ray technicians or something. But upper middle class kids going in the Army are adventure seekers. Hence infantry. They went to private schools, so of course they have great ASVAB scores.
