Do national guard single soldiers recieve bah and bas if they're doing an mos q as an mos t on an active duty run base? I have an up coming mos q that is in Arizona and I'm trying to prepare because it's going to be roughly 9 to 11 months.

BAH, yes. BAS, probably not if there is going to be a DFAC that will be your primary source of subsistence (i.e., Government Meals Provided).

Single guys used to have to show that they maintained a residence back home to qualify. Has that rule changed?
