Any one else find it interesting that the army is struggling to retain soldiers but they aren't willing to let someone back in with a waiver.

It's a numbers game. It also depends on what the Discharge Code and Reentry Code read. Not to mention what the waiver would be for.

It was a med discharge re code 3. I had everything I needed, and all I needed was a waiver to clear me because I got wrongly diagnosed with a personality disorder.
