I'm 73. I have a bad back, which limits my ability to run continuously. I walk and jog between 3.5 and 4 miles a day, 7 days a week. Is that too much? Should I take a day off? Should I cut back on my miles?

Why, is it hurting you? If causing pain then adjust for schedule=- if not go for the gold!

The Lord rested, why don’t you - for one day a week?
