Maj Whitehorn, it was a wonderful thing living overseas--especially where I started Boy Scouting in Panama Canal Zone--the military supported 100+%. Now, it's not so politically correct. I once worked on a command staff where all the top people were Eagle Scouts down to the CG's driver.
