The Army has SAMC and SMC, what do the other services have? What are your experiences with the members?

Do all the services have a systems of boards to identify some of the most professional and competent NCOs within their formations? What has been your experiences with these NCOs, like those in the Sergeant Morales and/or Sergeant Audie Murphy Club?

Get rid of that feeling of humiliation and refocus that energy into preparation with the endstate of representing yourself and your Soldiers by gaining admission, you are at Fort Hood, the home of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club. What is holding you back?

12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year is the closest I know of, but it is basically Amn, NCO, SNCO of the year at the AF level. Not remotely the same thought.

We also have an annual competition. This gives the NCO something they can remain a member of during their entire career. you can identify the members at club events and formals (military ball) by the large medallion (more bling) they are authorized for wear.
