Obama has always considered the average citizen to be uninformed and lacking the education or knowledge he has to understand. So he rules as he sees fit. He turned the DOJ, the EPA and the IRS into his own personal law making departments. The EPA alone and I work in a job that requires me to deal with the EPA allot has added hundreds of new regulations and fees etc without congressional approval. The EPA is and should enforce what laws congress passes, it was not intended to become a rule and legislative making entity. But under Obama it has, my company alone now pays an air tax of $375,000.00 that never existed before Obama. A tax on air, even though we have been in compliance with all EPA regulations concerning air quality for years and years. I just hope the incoming administration can undo some of this nonsense.
