I have NO problems with anyine who has qualified in any type of training, you earned it by passing. I would only take issue if their are different standards based in gender. If their are no differences, then i say congratulations and best wishes for your success.

A bunch of men are whiney and she's a brave, young woman doesn't sound like a very balanced assessment to me, LT. I agree with you through, as stated on RP many times by non-whiney men, that if she can do the job along side her male counterparts without needing to be carried, she's gets to be part of that team. If not, she gets weeded out just like the men that don't pass muster. Interestingly, I heard it stated as ' if a woman can put the round in the cannon and send it down range and hit the intended target repeatedly, she can be on in the artillery team'. I think that was put quite well, and without whining.
