Kids Flee As Gunfire Erupts At South Carolina Little League Game

Is there any place that is or should be as sacred as a child's playground or a ball-diamond? I think the Police Departments and other law enforcement agencies need to confiscate these weapons if a shooting occures followed by an arresst. I also thnk a smart stop program is in order where an individual is stopped for what ever reason they should also be checked for illegally possesed of a firearm. I carry and its a fairly easy and quick process of my cooperation with the officer that day. if the paperwork is a "GO" and I am not in any trouble I am on my way in short order.
