Wish your boss had your back like this?
There are a couple things going on here- but one that stands out is Cuban backed his player and how people view him. Your boss ever go to bat for you?

So some media outlet reported this NBA player threw an airball, and the team owner strongarmed them into taking it down? This is a complete load of crap.

CW3 (Join to see) the airball was classic and would personally leave him open for 3s all the time- point was more about a boss having his employee's back.

And that's my point. Airballs happen. Mark Cuban basically strongarmed a media outlet into removing a broadcast of it because he didn't like it. This is the wrong way for a boss to have the employee's back.
