As with most programs you may run dry on educational benefits for a military spouse. With that being said how would one go about finding scholarships. Do you have any recommendations or have you been successful with this. Does Rallypoint offer a scholarship?

This isn't a direct answer to your question, LT, but since it's in the same genre, and also excellent info: Amazon has started a program to hire military spouses, allowing them to work from home, and thus, anywhere in the world. Meaning, PCS's and deployments won't effect their ability to work.

My ex's father ran the VFW and they gave scholarships. Don't remember the req's but worth a shot!
Here might be some other resources: http://militaryoneclick.com/the-new-year-means-more-education-money-for-spouses/
