Some people never grow up. This constant "testing" to see where the boundaries are, what you can get away with, is expected in children, especially teenagers. It's pathetic when it's practice by adults, especially adults in positions of high responsibility. The only thing worse is when adults don't set and enforce boundaries. In that regard, our most recent past President was like the parent who wants to be "friends" with his children and their peers. He didn't set boundaries very often and, when he did, he never enforced them. Now, we are paying the price having to deal with a bunch of unruly children: Russia, China, just about everyone except Israel in the Middle East. To make matters even worse, there are many in the U.S. who don't want to give our current President the freedom to act responsibly. They rant and rave grasping at rumors and innuendos. They are cowards...

They were hoping to force it down at a Chinese airfield like the last time. Maybe the P-3 should carry an armed escort. Not that I want us to go to war with China, but knocking a couple of these bastards down when they pull this BS might send a message that the behavior is unacceptable.

I'm now convinced this is SOP for how the Chinese conduct their intelligence gathering.
