This looks to me like someone trying to start something. I don't see any valid source for VA sending medical personnel anywhere.

From the article: “According to a CBP source who's worked in law enforcement for over 20 years and is familiar with the process, using personnel from the VA to assist in medical care and COVID-19 shots for migrants is not being ruled out yet.” The letter has been sent, there has been no denial.
Heck, it looks like the people trying to start something are President Biden and his Administration. It is a gross injustice that all these illegal aliens are being let into our Country. They are no more fearful for their lives than the man and the moon. Everyone knows this is just Progressive Democrats and Republicans who are doing their best to change the demographics of our Country to their advantage. A lot of our citizens are suffering because of President Biden’s orders/actions. By the time they get angry enough to vote in the next election the damage will be done. One more baby step to Marxism.
