I spent the morning at the MWV Veterans Day Ceremony, and it struck a different chord this year for so many reasons.
I believe that as Veterans, it is our duty and honor, to lead lives that are worthy of the Sacrifices of our brothers & sisters in arms.
We have an obligation to carry on, with pride, and make the world a better place.
That, is our next mission.
Live a life that is worthy.

That’s a deep and true statement. Something was different with me to today as I reflected on my past and future endeavors. Today, for me, was not about being praised but more about the legacy that I’ll leave behind.

I think it is a phase that we pass through....
Eventually, we get enough space and time away from the salad suit, that we can see new missions, and focus on the needs of our brothers & sisters.... and hopefully become leaders again.
