Sounds like what we went thru 6 years ago with some big tractors.

CaseIH had to pay for 40 hrs of labor per tractor. We had 35-40 units that had to be done.

Yeah thankfully the VIN on my Expedition was not affected.

I would think the dealer units would already have been fixed. Private owners maybe not.
