This clown should have the hammer dropped on him. Having said that, I believe having such a thing as "hate crime" detracts from the impartiality of the law. A crime is a crime is a crime.

I agree with you 100%! The only reason I bring it up is to let the Left know, and realize, that many actions the Left typically take could be defined as hate crimes. They seem to like using hate crimes to their advantage.
