Personaly I like it. But i know a lot of people have trouble keeping it up to date.

I use it but not to its fullest potential. The way I use it it's pretty much just a glorified ETM.

No ive watched a video where it could all be tied in together. From part identified fault created part request sent to clerk all digitaly. But right now its too complicated to transition to that. But it looks like that might be option in about 5 years or so.
Also i agree with the pdf. You wont always be able to download a giant file in a pinch.

Would love to have that. Hell I would love to at least have MEDs. Our V1s got turned it a year ago and we have not gotten replacements yet

Yea they came out with a memorandom saying the v2s are no longer supported as of oct. Unless you upgrade the operating system to windows 7. However i dont have win 7 so i installed the previous verson of ems ng and am currently downloading all the ietm disks for install. Someday we will all have the v3 touchscreens that only a handfull of peope have.
