5.5 years in active reserves, no title 10 active duty yet.
I know rule is 6 years for reservist go get Va Home loan.

For my new home construction, builder can’t wait another six months to close.

Is there mechanism or exception by the unit to get COE in good faith that I will complete my 6 years in 6 months ?

Talk to your lender or bank about getting a six month bridge loan to get you to six years when you can activate your VA loan.

Call US Bank. They are very supportive of Vets. Navy Federal Credit Union may be another resource.

I'm not sure if there's a specific mechanism or exception your unit can make to help you get a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for the VA Home Loan, but it might be worth talking to someone in your chain of command or reaching out to your local VA office to see if they have any advice.
In the meantime, if you're interested in investing in real estate, you could check out this website https://sofiapropertybroker.com/property-investment-in-sofia/ . It has some great information on investing in properties in Sofia, which could be a good way to build wealth and secure your financial future.

It sounds like you're a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic in the Reserve and you're looking to get a VA Home Loan, but you haven't quite completed your 6 years of service yet. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially if you're trying to buy a new home and the builder is pushing for a quick closing.
