Video: Portland protesters beat driver unconscious after truck crashes

No doubt this was wrong, but what would you do if
I see a What If story about Portland driver who got kicked unconscious yesterday by a BLM guy in Security vest. Should he have fought or given up like he did. //Most of use macho military people would wipe out villages in our mind.// The victim would have legal issues either way. He was out numbered but the jar head in me thinks I should take one down....wife says old dog like me might not get many hits in... she thinks open Facebook Live and stream the situation....maybe help would come or for legal issues. Her first thought was gun the gas pedal before any hits... Lots of options, but what are the good ones and .... (NOTE: Victims wife was also in the vehicle and other cameras also show her getting tackled.)
How do we explain this to immigrants...or those who are working overseas....I know it will be tough.

I keep wargaming this and fail to find a solution. If you were on active duty, what would you say to a young soldier asking what he/she should do if he was the driver of this vehicle?? I hope someone does better than me.

A1C Doug Towsley - Is Oregon a pro 2d Amendment state? That might be the first problem that you could not have had a gun. But, if he had fought, would he have gone to jail?
