Is the Norwegian Foot March Badge authorized for wear on ASU's?

On a somewhat sidenote, since we've determined that the badge is authorized on the ASU, you must obtain permission from the DoD to accept and Retain it. You'll receive a memorandum authorizing it specificially to you adding it to your OMPF(but not erb).

Its not in appendix D of AR 600-8-22 of foreign badges authorized for wear on a US uniform. however it IS in the updated version located on HRC homepage. https://www.hrc.army.mil/content/17282 will download the new appendix.
