I am stationed OCONUS and my DEROS is 2 months after my ADSO date.
If I want to submit REFRAD to leave the army, is it based on ADSO date or DEROS date?
Do I need to submit for curtailment to shorten my DEROS to match my ADSO?

When I had officers REFRAD in Okinawa, they would submit their request for their desired ETS date and after that is approved the local transitions will adjust the DEROS to meet your leave form dates.

My ADSO is July 2020, DEROS is Sep 2020, if I request for REFRAD for July and get approved, my DEROS will change to July?

CPT (Join to see) your DEROS will be changed to whatever date you enter on your leave form to fly out.
