You're going to need a waiver just based off of the RE Code. Go speak with a Recruiter for definitive answers.

Yes SGT I just did told me I have to wait 6 months and write a letter on how I won't make the same mistakes again I lost my grandmother grandfather and brother during this time and made some poor choices I just want the chance to serve my country again
