Does anyone have a barracks clearing memo example?

Finance at Bliss wont deal with soldiers directly, only S1 personnel and my S1 cant seem to get back with me or want to ignore their phones. Finance told them this last time they took my paperwork up was I needed a barracks clearing memo even though I've been married and getting partial BAH since July. I'm trying to get my BAH changed since my husband just got out and we have to change everything over for housing. So any examples of a proper memo would be awesome

The memo is generated on the EMH website and is printable by the unit barracks manager. (This assumes your unit is doing things by doctrine and managing using EMH.

Have you talked to your leadership? I'll bet they can put something on paper that will be good enough.

SSG (Join to see) all it needs to say is that you are clear of the barracks, nake the barracks manager the POC and make the signarure block for your 1SG since its the 1SGs barracks program. AR 25-50 has memo formatting if your leadership wont help with that either.
