What does it mean when they say "You were accessed into the AGR program on xxdatexx at a M1 unit ?

You've been selected to transition from M Day or TPU status to AGR with a tentative report day of xxdatexx to a M1 manning priority 1 unit. M1 units are typically company level and could be in the ready available year in ARFORGEN cycle.
M4 units are typically above the line TDA units for example.
