How does the overseas adoption process work? Is there any assistance with the fees?

My Husband and I are ready to adopt and we are wanting to adopt oversea and we are not sure how the process work and if there is any assistance with the fees?

You should consult a professional adoption agency. There is a $2,000 reimbursement from DFAS and other tax write offs. But it's still an expensive process.
