Im from FL; it's my home of record.  But I've only lived there for 1 year of my adult life.  It is where I am registerd to vote.  I have no idea who my congressman is.  No decisions made in my district affect me what-so-ever.  So who is really representing me?

Do we forget when we are in the military that we are still represented?  Do we care?  What are yalls thoughts on this?

I am represented by the congressman of the 1st district of Kansas.

My home is in Kansas. I pay taxes in Kansas. I have real estate and business interests in Kansas. My cars are registered in Kansas. I am licensed to drive in Kansas. The only reason I'm in Arizona is because the Army ordered me here.

I do pay attention to what what my representative says, and how he votes. In November, I evaluate candidates and cast my ballot in absentia.

Seems negligent to vote on a representative that will effect your community without any prior knowledge of the candidate. This day and age it seems that the parties have become singular anyway. Just my point of view.

And you should consider that Congressman/woman even more so if he is a former military member or Veteran, or Pro-Veteran.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
