Moving Van Spotted Outside White House

One of my cherished memories comes from the Nixon impeachment. Rumors were rampant that he was going to resign. The world waited with bated breath. A crowd was keeping vigil outside the White House and news crews were loitering among them. Everyone wanted to be there when Nixon's announcement came. Then a moving van came lumbering down Pennsylvania Ave and turned into the White House driveway. The crowd erupted in cheers as the guards stopped the van and talked to the driver. After a few moments, guards walked into the street and began halting traffic so that the moving van driver could back out. He had come to the wrong address. Nixon resigned the following day...
