Subjectively, what INSCOM do you feel you learned/grew the most?

Currently looking at reenlistment for Hawaii or Ft. Gordon, but I'm open to your experiences. I'm a 35T, so I'm looking for opportunities to expand my skillset.
I am not looking for an easy job where I push the same buttons every week, if that provides some sense of what I mean.

I have no clue why anyone would encourage you to get out to find opportunities. Seek the guidance of leaders who know your field and understand your role as an enlisted Soldier. Don’t seek guidance from persons who have not walked in your shoes, nor in the path yet to come.

Fort Shafter has one of the largest 35T shops in the army, but the duty station is not the greatest. It gets old very fast

There's plenty of stuff out there. Not much you're gonna get on an open net though. Try JSOC, USAPAB, Attache', and GSP.
