I'm commissioning in May next year and have been offered a Chem officer position in the Guard. I never really thought about Chem so do any of you have insight on what BOLC is like, especially on the Guard side of things

It's held at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and the course should be the same for active or reserve components. One advantage - this is a "center" - the Maneuver Support Center - so you will be in school with newly commissioned engineer and MP lieutenants as well and have some interaction with them, as well as with the officers in the CPTs course, the non-commissioned officers in courses, AND international officers that attend our schools regularly. Good Luck!
