What happens after a moral waiver is approved by USAREC but needs to get approved by the big Army?

I had my moral waiver approved by USAREC but was told it needs to go higher to get approved. Can anyone give me details on this? I’m a prior service Marine and am lost with this.

It’s gets sent back down to the recruiter to start the process!

I get that but who has to sign off on it if USAREC already approved it

I’m having the same issue. Recruiter told me USAREC approved my waiver but it had to get sent up for higher approval because it was a felony waiver.
