DEERS is closed, I have no BDE cell, and it's Saturday. Does anyone know of a way to reset a CAC pin after hours?

SFC (Join to see) the only way I know is an Official ID card office. You might have to wait until Monday. You can find a Reserve unit and try there as an alternative.
