Should college be worth at least 200 promotion points? Especially when it has become highly encouraged in order to make SFC or above.

I see some senior NCOS trying to make MSG and they are not being picked up because they do not have any college completed or have a degree. I understand that you need to be physically fit in order to perform your duties. I agree that the APFT should be worth 100 points. However, many Soldiers are taking classes that can help them or set them above the rest in their MOS. Many are taking advantage of a free education to help them understand and progress in their MOS. Their hard work and dedication should be recognized when they are trying to fight for those promotion points in order to make themselves a more well-rounded leader and individual.
