What are your thoughts on a leg requesting to be stationed at Fort Bragg? Where would he go?

You would be sent to 18Fires, the Sustainment Brigade, TSC, or the CAB. All non airborne assignments

I requested to be assigned to Fort Bragg following my assignment to Korea.

Despite what many think, not everyone on Bragg is airborne qualified. I was assigned to the 3-82 Combat Aviation Brigade. That unit is not on jump status, as most units on Bragg are not either.

Go for it. There are always slots out there. Chances are they'll get you airborne qual'ed once you get there anyway.
