PO3 (Join to see) The recruiter is correct; however, the DD-368 could take up to 60 days for approval, as it requires a GO signature. Usually it isn't that bad though, just as a "just so you know" thing. Was all the required paperwork sent with the DD-368 (e.g. ROTC acceptance letter)?

SGT,
I am currently working on the 368. From what I understand I just need my ROTC POC to sign it and to have an approval letter.
I know that I am responsible to continue to drill until it gets approved, and that is fine by me. I dont have to officially "contract" with ROTC until December.
A was a little worried that for some reason the Navy Reserve wouldnt approve me after the absolute hell I went through to get my waiver approved. I appreciate your response.

PO3 (Join to see) - GO = General Officer, basically an Admiral. I meant the final approval for DD-368 has to be done by an Admiral. Just as long as you include everything that needs to be included, I don't see that they won't approve it.
Good luck, shipmate.
