I'm for it! As long as the program is done in such a way where the Veteran is taken care of, I don't care if it is ran by the VA, the DoD, a civilian doctor or Roger the Rabbit. The important thing is is that the treatment leads to a Veteran receiving the support and care he or she needs and that the Veteran is set up for success.

Thanks for the tip Mark. I like Operation Restore Warrior but I wish that it gave veterans a training plan. In my opinion, its like teaching someone how to do push ups, sit ups, and pull ups, and then expecting them to be able to meet all of their fitness goals. I'd like to see more guidance.

That's the down side of PTSD you can't be guided on what helps you but you can be given tools on how to help yourself. PTSD is generally a subjective disorder
