Waffle House refuses service to armed Service Member...is this a true story or another hoax?

There was a witness...but...could be true, could be false.

Hope it's a hoax, but it is likely true.

It might be true but in this circumstance it's not discrimination. If they have a no gun policy they have to enforce that policy. If they wanted to be nice about it, they could offer to bring the food to his car or something, but realistically a gun in the car probably violates their policy too. This is only discrimination if they don't enforce the policy with other people.
