No. The best she could've done was come clean in the beginning, let the investigation run it's course, and since it was republican led, when the results came out, sit back and point at them as validation. She didn't and look at her now. The results did come out in her favor, but the BS she caused brought a lot of other crap to take hold.

SGM David W. Carr LOM, DMSM MP SGT - IMO, it was many that believed the narrative developed by a few insiders. My feelings are when we have an admission in Emails from Hillary to Chelsea and the Egyptian leader that if was terrorists, then standing by Obama while he lied. This was just prior to the election and it would have had negative consequences for Obama. This is in answer to the specific question. Many others yet to be answered.

Three co-equal branches of government, as I recall. What she said would be inconsistent with the three branches noted in the Constitution. Better go back to SNL for a Civics primer. All the Executive branch can do is obfuscate and shred or delete files with impunity to hide their transgressions.
