It's usually niacin in pre-workout that gives you the tingling or "flush" sensations.

I don't know how much you are taking or if you are mixing supplements. The Amino Acid L-Arginine increases blood flow and vascularity. It is prevalent in most pre-workout, I actually use it daily by itself instead of wasting money on sugary/caffeine loaded pre-workout. I take about five grams total throughout the day. If I take anymore than about a gram all at once I get tingly and my heart beat increases.
